Job Description:Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking a Principal Test & Evaluation (T&E) Integrator to serve as a senior technical leader responsible for integrating and standardizing Test & Evaluation (T&E) activities across multiple National Security programs. This role provides technical leadership, quality assurance, and operational oversight to ensure test planning, execution, and reporting meet the highest standards of quality, security, and mission effectiveness.
Duties:- Lead Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) efforts across Test & Evaluation activities, ensuring consistency, operational realism, and compliance with program requirements.
- Support the Test Manager and Task Leads by reviewing test plans, milestone briefings, evaluation reports, and program deliverables.
- Mentor test and evaluation teams on data collection methodologies, technical analysis, and development of operational assessments for senior leadership.
- Translate complex technical data, system performance results, and test anomalies into clear, actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders.
- Support the evaluation and integration of secure communications, cryptographic systems, and mission-critical voice and data networks throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Ensure all testing activities maintain operational security, analytical integrity, and compliance with applicable government and National Security standards.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:- Master's degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related technical field; or a Bachelor's degree with six (6) additional years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of leadership experience, including at least four (4) years serving at the field grade officer, senior warrant officer, senior NCO, GS-13 equivalent, or comparable civilian leadership level supporting Department of Defense or National Security programs.
- Minimum of five (5) years of dedicated Test & Evaluation (T&E) experience with expertise in test design, evaluation methodologies, and statistical data analysis.
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring multidisciplinary engineering, security, and evaluation teams in complex, mission-critical environments.
- Excellent technical writing and briefing skills with experience presenting findings to senior military and civilian leadership.
- Ability to maintain operational security while supporting secure communications, cryptographic systems, and National Security testing activities.
Preferred Qualifications:- Ten (10) or more years supporting National Security Systems programs.
- Experience with Communications Security (COMSEC) operations or testing.
- Government or DoD-approved COMSEC Custodian or COMSEC Management training.
- DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GSLC) or IASAE Level III certification (e.g., CISSP-ISSAP or CISSP-ISSEP).
- Experience meeting DAWIA Test & Evaluation Level III standards or equivalent senior government T&E experience.
