As a
Principal Technology Product & Program Manager, you will lead large-scale technology, data, analytics, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes across healthcare operations and digital platforms. You will be responsible for defining strategy, building roadmaps, managing cross-functional execution, and ensuring successful delivery of complex programs from concept through implementation.
In this role, you will partner with business leaders, product teams, architects, engineers, data scientists, and operations teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve efficiency, enable growth, and enhance customer experiences. Success requires strong product and program leadership, executive stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business strategy into results.

Primary Responsibilities:- Lead enterprise technology, data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives from strategy through delivery
- Define product and program roadmaps, delivery plans, success metrics, budgets, and resource strategies
- Partner with business, product, engineering, architecture, and operations teams to deliver scalable technology solutions
- Manage program financials, business cases, forecasting, vendor relationships, and executive reporting
- Drive requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, prioritization, and delivery planning
- Oversee program execution, dependency management, release planning, and operational readiness
- Partner with technology and governance teams to ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational standards
- Collaborate with AI, data science, and engineering teams to deliver AI-enabled business capabilities and solutions
- Lead organizational change management and technology adoption efforts to maximize business value
- Mentor cross-functional teams and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI.

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise technology, product, program management, digital transformation, data, or analytics initiatives
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale technology, digital products, platform modernization, analytics, or AI-enabled business programs
- 5+ years of experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- 3+ years of experience managing budgets, resource planning, forecasting, vendor relationships, and executive communications
- 3+ years of experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives involving product, engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience developing roadmaps, business cases, governance processes, and execution plans
- 2+ years of experience partnering with engineering, architecture, data, and AI teams to deliver technology solutions
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- Experience supporting healthcare, payer, Medicare, Medicaid, DSNP, healthcare analytics, or regulated industries
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar delivery management tools
- Experience delivering programs involving analytics, automation, machine learning, or Generative AI capabilities
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and modern data platforms
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or related certifications
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence decisions across business and technology organizations
- Strong stakeholder management, business analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated success leading technology adoption, organizational change, and business transformation initiatives

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
