Maintain intra-year controls for reprioritization, funding moves, and exception management. Provide transparency, actionability, and clear recommendations to senior stakeholders; escalate risks, issues, and roadblocks early.
  • Executive insights & reporting : Produce executive-ready insights on budget vs. actuals vs. forecast, delivery health, value realization , and risk posture; Establish consistent metrics and dashboards; ensure parity across self-serve APIs and curated views.
  • Process excellence, tooling & AI enablement: Identify and implement targeted improvements across the portfolio lifecycle: intake 1 prioritization 1 approval 1 tracking 1 value realization; Partner with product/engineering teams and platform owners to improve tooling adoption, data quality, and automation; Apply AI-enabled approaches to increase efficiency and quality
  • Risk, controls & audit readiness: Embed strong controls in portfolio processes; maintain audit-ready evidence, lineage, and documentation. Develop and implement strategic technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration
  • Stakeholder management & influence: Partner with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Business Management to align on priorities, dependencies, and outcomes. Coordinate with enterprise investment governance and line-of-business stakeholders to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Sets enterprise strategy for reuse-first adoption of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting, with human-in-the-loop validation and appropriate handling of sensitive data.
  • Defines and enforces enterprise guardrails for AI-assisted and agentic workflows used in program governance and delivery routines, including control boundaries, traceability/auditability, and review/approval expectations aligned to resiliency and security standards.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in technical solutions, vendor product knowledge, managing vendor relations, and implementing solutions
  • Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives
