Operating at the intersection of technology, operations, and enterprise program execution, this role will drive high-impact initiatives across UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual (E&I).
This position is designed for a senior execution leader who can translate complex data, risk, and operational priorities into clear strategy, reporting, and measurable outcomes-with strong exposure to AI-enabled insights, enterprise security considerations, and large-scale transformation programs.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:- Lead enterprise-level technical product and program initiatives, business planning, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategy
- Translate complex operational, technical, and risk data into executive-ready insights, reporting, and decision frameworks
- Partner with senior leadership and business partners to support annual business planning, quarterly business reviews, workforce planning, MBO development and tracking, and executive operating rhythms through data-driven analysis, reporting, and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, improve transparency, and scale operational efficiency through data and automation
- Leverage and promote use of modern tools (including AI and data platforms) to enhance reporting, analysis, and decision-making
- Deliver large, fast-paced, matrixed programs with multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear governance, communication, and accountability
- Prepare and present materials for senior leadership and CIO-level audiences
- Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure successful delivery of complex, high-visibility initiatives
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks
- Plan and implement Quarterly Business Review meetings & leadership related events
- Articulate and execute comprehensive technology vision, mission, strategies and tactics to achieve roadmap targets and business priorities. Partner closely with the OC business leadership support organizations and UHCT AI leadership to align and drive strategies
- Act as a project manager to facilitate the coordination and actions items for other topics as assigned by the CIO or leadership team (e.g., functional organizational reviews, talent management activities and other corporate processes)

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in technical product management, program management, or enterprise operations leadership
- 5+ years of experience delivering executive-level reporting, presentations, and data-driven insights
- Experience working in highly matrixed enterprise environments with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience leveraging data, reporting tools, or automation to improve operational efficiency
- Proven ability to drive large-scale initiatives from planning through execution
- Proven highly organized to manage workload in a timely and efficient manner
Preferred Qualifications:- PMP or similar certification
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
- Experience building or leveraging data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) for executive reporting
- Experience supporting CIO, VP, or senior executive leadership teams in business operations, portfolio management, workforce planning, financial planning, or enterprise governance functions
- Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, automation, or advanced analytics

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $134,600 - $230,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
