Position Summary...
Walmart is looking for a Principal Talent Sourcer - Executive Talent Acquisition Partner.

Leadership plays a critical role in how we grow, innovate, and serve our customers. As a Principal, Talent Sourcer on our Executive Talent Acquisition team, you'll help us identify and engage VP+ leaders for key roles across the business. Partnering closely with Executive Recruiters and senior stakeholders, you'll bring a strong understanding of the external talent market, turning insights into proactive sourcing strategies that strengthen our leadership pipeline.

What you'll do...
  • Lead proactive sourcing for VP+ officer roles across the business, managing long listing, research, and outreach
  • Serve as a first point of contact for executive candidates - conducting thoughtful outreach and early assessments
  • Build and maintain pipelines for critical roles and future leadership needs, partnering closely with Talent Management on identifying gaps through succession planning
  • Deliver market insights, talent intelligence, and competitor research that inform executive recruiting strategies
  • Keep candidate pipelines and activity updated in CRM tools like Avature, ensuring alignment across the team
  • Collaborate closely with Executive Recruiters, Project Managers and cross-functional partners throughout each search

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
