Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Principal Systems Analyst who would love to work in a challenging environment to support our Data transformation and modernization journey. The data infrastructure is going through significant growth, and this is an opportunity to take a contributing role in shaping our capability in this area. The candidate will be a core member of a team that will be responsible for work related to moving data to Enterprise Financial Data Lake from our existing Data Warehouse and SQL server reporting areas, and more.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in business critical, enterprise-wide applications
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Excellent soft skills that allow you to gather the requirements from the business partners
  • Able to document the requirements in a clear fashion
  • Working with the squad lead, developers and with other squads and participate in design discussions
  • Ability to convey the technical needs to non-technical members
  • Strong data analysis skills that allow you to research and document the existing and future systems
  • Excellent SQL skills are required.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban and SCRUM) is needed; expertise is a plus
  • Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and work in fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams in the organization

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 36,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 126,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is not available for independent contractors
