ADP Technology Services, Inc. is hiring a Principal System Reliability Owner in our Alpharetta, GA location.

  • Responsibilities. Responsible for providing security consulting services to ADP's development teams to help them improve the overall security posture of their cloud-based applications. Work alongside cross-functional teams as part of an enterprise-level security program for digital products to enable developers to discover and remediate application security vulnerabilities early during the development stages-emphasizing Security by Design principles. Evangelizing and supporting the use of Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) tooling and Threat modeling. Providing governance by performing assessments, building dashboards and defining metrics for assessing the security state of applications and DevSecOps maturity and effectiveness. Work with the Global Security organization and DevSecOps Tools team to evolve a Security by Design culture. Work with application development teams to help them improve their overall security posture. Enable "software, safer, sooner" by automating the secure deployment of software without slowing the software development cycle. Function in a dynamic environment subject to impromptu changes in scheduling and priorities.


TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
  • Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and five (5) years of related experience
  • Work Experience. Five (5) years of experience must include: DevSecOps; Migration of major applications to Cloud; Cloud application and infrastructure security; Threat modeling; Building dashboards and metrics; IAM; CI/CD Security; Security Logging; Incident Response; Data Protection; Compliance Validation; IT infrastructure and security systems to design and implement robust security architectures across an organization; Secure coding practices; Vulnerability assessment; Web application firewalls; Application security testing methodologies; Designing and implementing secure systems, including access controls, identity management, data protection, and incident response strategies; Cloud security models; Best practices for major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP); and Managing security in a cloud environment.
