Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Law, or related field
• Legal knowledge and negotiation skills regarding terms and conditions
• 8-12 years of relevant industry experience
• At least 6 years of subcontract experience in Oil & Gas
• Field experience is required
• Strong understanding of subcontract policies and processes
• Proven negotiation and administration skills for complex subcontracts
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage project timelines effectively
• Experience working in multifunctional teams
• Demonstrated compliance with subcontract policies

Responsibilities

• Administer subcontract functions for specific projects
• Lead the development and implementation of subcontract management strategies
• Advise site leadership and home office personnel on subcontract management
• Prepare and deliver subcontract management presentations internally and externally
• Oversee compliance of standard subcontracts before execution
• Direct the development and refinement of subcontract processes
• Manage subcontract documentation and support materials effectively
• Conduct self-audits of the subcontracting process
• Compile and prepare subcontracting activity reports
• Collaborate with Field Subcontract Coordinators for proper management
• Prepare project-specific flow-downs from prime contracts
• Understand and adhere to project sourcing strategies
• Serve as a key Super User with system responsibilities
• Resolve subcontract-related issues, particularly claims
• Investigate and address underlying issues affecting project operations
• Support the performance review and closeout processes for subcontractors
