What You Will Do:- Review AS9102 Form 2 to validate that (raw material, parts, and processes) meet metallurgical and chemical technical requirements.
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, certifications, procedures, etc.
- Communicate non-compliances and non-conformances with parties within and outside of own team, to provide support by explaining quality requirements, standards, and specifications.
- Document and report non-compliances and non-conformances to suppliers.
- Works autonomously with limited supervision.
- Attend and have participation in group meetings, teleconferences and/or training required.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities using CORE tools.
- Based on business needs, the incumbent may be required to work evenings and weekends.
Qualifications You Must Have:- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience; or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, certifications, and process documentation.
- Experience with review of FAI.
- Experience communicating technical findings, non-conformances, or quality requirements across cross-functional teams and suppliers.
Qualifications We Prefer:- Familiarity with Testing and control of raw materials, finished product, and processing ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable government regulations.
- Familiarity with Chemical/Metallurgical Processes, i.e., laser machining, electro-discharge machining, electro-chemical grinding, brazing, coatings, welding, heat treatment, etc.
- Familiarity with shop operations, work instructions and quality documentation.
- Knowledge of AS9100 and ASQR-01.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
