Position Summary...

What you'll do...
The Principal Software Engineer leads complex, large-scale cross-functional projects by translating requirements into technical solutions and overseeing design, development, and testing activities. This role drives the full software development lifecycle, integrating AI/ML technologies to build intelligent systems that serve millions. The position requires strategic technical leadership, mentorship, and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment with long-term architectural goals. This is a hands-on role owning complex initiatives end to end, from understanding the business problem and defining architecture, integrations, and detailed designs to deep implementation. They write production code, automate quality and validation, and take solutions through deployment and production readiness.

What you'll do:
  • Be a deeply hands-on technical leader, write production-quality code, build automated tests, and take implementations all the way through production deployment
  • Lead platform engineering efforts to deliver scalable, cloud-native infrastructure and reusable tooling aligned with strategic roadmaps
  • Own the full software development lifecycle across teams, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and real-time data processing
  • Architect and integrate AI/ML-enhanced applications that serve millions of users at scale
  • Mentor and grow engineers, championing a culture of engineering excellence
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into clear technical requirements and measurable success metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement by adopting innovative tools and practices that accelerate development velocity and quality

The annual salary range for this position is $95,000.00 - $165,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
