Architecture Governance & Standards - Establish and steward architectural guardrails, standards, and review processes that enable faster, safer execution without becoming a bottleneck
- Lead architecture review forums and evaluate significant designs, RFCs, and platform changes against agreed principles
- Embed security-by-design, reliability, and operational excellence into architectural standards across all products
- Define and track architectural health metrics, and drive measurable, continuous improvement across the portfolio
Platform Modernization & Technical Debt - Lead the modernization of legacy and acquired platforms toward a converged, cloud-native target state
