As a
Principal Services Solution Architect, you will spearhead the strategy and evolution of Advanced Services across our cloud-native and container domain, with focus on Portworx® by Everpure™, Kubernetes, and modern virtualization. You will act as the ultimate technical authority for this domain, bridging market gaps and converting emerging customer challenges into scalable, high-impact offerings. Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery teams, your goal is to shape how enterprise clients modernize their infrastructure on the Everpure™ Platform. This role defines market-defining services, driving transformative architecture adoption at global scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Drive Domain Strategy & Roadmap: Establish and own the global Advanced Services strategy for Kubernetes, cloud-native storage, modern virtualization, and Portworx® by Everpure™, aligning service innovations directly with enterprise product priorities and market expansion.
- Architect & Validate MVPs: Design, pilot, and validate groundbreaking solution services through strategic customer engagements, rapidly transforming complex customer challenges into market-tested consulting frameworks.
- Build Scalable Consulting Offerings: Mature successful customer pilots into standardized, repeatable Professional Services packages by defining service scopes, delivery methodologies, success criteria, and technical enablement assets.
- Provide Technical Leadership: Serve as the definitive technical authority on container platforms, persistent storage, and modern virtualization (including OpenShift Virtualization and KubeVirt) across strategic enterprise opportunities alongside Sales, Architecture, and Engineering leaders.
- Enable Global Delivery: Partner with regional and global delivery organizations to seamlessly transition newly created offerings into operational execution, providing early-stage specialist support and defining skill methodologies.
WHAT YOU BRING- Services Strategy & Innovation Expertise: Proven track record in professional services, solution architecture, or technology transformation, with demonstrated capability in creating, evolving, and scaling repeatable enterprise consulting offerings.
- Deep Cloud-Native & Kubernetes Mastery: Expert-level mastery of Kubernetes architectures, container platforms (such as Red Hat OpenShift), Linux environments, and modern virtualization technologies (OpenShift Virtualization, KubeVirt, or workload migration).
- Stateful Applications & Storage Acumen: Deep architectural understanding of persistent data, software-defined storage, data protection, disaster recovery, and infrastructure-as-code automation in complex enterprise environments.
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Leadership: Exceptional customer-facing consultative capability with proven ability to influence across executive clients, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery teams to achieve commercial viability.
- Office Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the RTP office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
