In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill and Experience Experience in implementation in SAP Finance & Controlling.
Act as the primary point of SAP S4/HANA Upgrade track for clients, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Design and implement SAP-based ERP solutions tailored to financial management and controlling (SAP FI/CO, S/4HANA Finance).
Lead digital transformation efforts within the finance domain, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
Develop architectural blueprints that align SAP systems with business goals and transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Configure and customize SAP financial modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling).
Ensure seamless integration of SAP Finance with other modules (e.g., MM, SD, HR) and external systems.
Lead the BUILD and RUN phases of SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and upgrade.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of solution designs, configurations, and changes.
Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and SAP best practices.
Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations, especially in S/4HANA Finance, SAP Analytics Cloud, and related technologies.
Evaluate emerging tools and methodologies to enhance financial systems and reporting capabilities.
Participate in cutover activities and managing team during hypercare.
Preferred Skill and Experience Should have in depth knowledge of SAP S4HANA Finance module from version 1709 onwards
Experience in upgrading SAP Finance solutions from ECC to S4 HANA and/or S4HANA version to latest version
Deep understanding of SAP architecture
Experience with RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
Must have experience between 13-18 years of SAP Finance experience where around 6-8 years of SAP S4HANA 1709+version experience with minimum 10+ years as Solution Architect
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to effectively deliver information at the Sr. Managers and Directors levels
Must have Experience working with Nearshore and Offshore Delivery teams
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
