Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience, with 10+ years focused on Salesforce development and architecture.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and integrations.
• Proficient in Experience Cloud architecture, including authentication, security, and portals for external users.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI-driven Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Copado.
• Strong communication, architecture design, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Salesforce architecture and establish technical governance standards.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce ecosystems including Health Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Oversee enterprise integrations leveraging REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies.
