Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Prinicipal Salesfoce Developer – Shockwave Medical to join our team located in Santa Clara, CA.

Ready to join a team that’s pioneering the development and commercialization of Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) to treat complex calcified cardiovascular disease. Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque.
Position Overview
The Principal SalesforceDeveloper will support the technical development and continuous improvement of ShockwaveSalesforce.com environment and other commercial platforms. This role will help improve processes and adoption the Force.com platform commercial applications.
This role partners with Commercial Operations, functional leaders, global teams, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy business processes in Sale and Service Clouds. This role is responsible for day-to-day configuration and enhancement of commercial applications in salesforce.com.
Essential Job Functions
Develop custom interfaces, inputs, views, and client-side functionality using Lightning Web Components.
Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems, third-party applications, and data sources using APIs, web services, and middleware such as Boomi, Oracle, and Azure.
Document technical designs, development activities, configuration changes, customizations, and integrations.
Requirements
Hands-on experience building AI-integrated Salesforce applications using Apex (Agentic AI asynchronous callouts, REST integrations), Lightning Web Components, and Einstein AI services, with extensibility to external LLMs for advanced NLP and generative use cases.
Experience applying enterprise design patterns, such as MVC, Service Layer, Factory, Singleton and Strategy, within Salesforce and distributed systems.
Strong understanding ofSalesforce.com best practices and functionality, including lead tracking, opportunity pipeline, quotes, security models, account hierarchy and forms.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$109,000.00 - $174,800.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Companyconsolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Companylong-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave 30 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
