Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Principal-Pruitt Investment Advisors to join our dynamic healthcare team. A central part of the role is collaboration. The Principal works alongside the Pruitt Financial Services and Pruitt Agency teams to help their clients design, install, and administer retirement plan benefits, and to coordinate those benefits with the insurance, employee benefit, and financial planning services those teams already provide. The intent is a single, coordinated client experience across advisory, agency, and plan services rather than three separate conversations.
The role is both an operating leadership position and an advisory one. It requires the judgment to make decisions for the advisory firm, the discipline to meet fiduciary and regulatory obligations, and the relationship skills to work through other teams whose clients the incumbent does not own. The Arcare Foundation office serves as the primary office location, with regular presence across the Arcare and Pruitt service footprint.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day leadership and strategic direction for Pruitt Investment Advisors, including growth objectives, service model, pricing, and staffing.
- Recruit, develop, and evaluate assigned staff, and build a succession bench for key client relationships.
- Recommend and maintain the organization's investment policy statement, including allowable instruments, duration targets, credit quality limits, and concentration limits.
- Prepare treasury and investment reporting for executive leadership, the Finance Committee, and the Board as requested.
- Maintain the advisory firm's regulatory standing, including Form ADV filings and updates, the written compliance program, the code of ethics, books and records, and annual compliance review.
- Support the annual audit and tax filings for the advisory firm and provide requested information for affiliated entity filings.
Skills & Attributes- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
