AWS ProServe is seeking a Principal Lead to help shape and drive Pan-Amazon engagement globally. This high visibility role is paving a new path for how ProServe supports our most strategic customers by helping ProServe teams globally connect Amazon's operational excellence in Commerce, Supply Chain, AdTech/MarTech, and Customer Experience to production outcomes for enterprise customers. You will work alongside domain experts in Supply Chain, Commerce, Advertising, Connect, and Agentic AI to ensure their solutions reach customers across all industries and geographies through the right pursuit motions and delivery models.
You will work collaboratively across Strategy and Business Development, ProServe and delivery teams, domain experts, and partners to orchestrate complex pursuits that span multiple Amazon business units. This requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, leads through influence, and can navigate diverse and fast-moving international landscapes. This is a unique opportunity to join a team with direct engagement at the most senior levels of AWS and Amazon, helping prove that Pan-Amazon engagement creates measurably better outcomes for customers.
Key job responsibilities
• Help ProServe teams globally connect Amazon's operational excellence in Commerce, Supply Chain, AdTech/MarTech, and Customer Experience to the AWS services and domain expertise that make it actionable for enterprise customers
• Orchestrate cross-domain pursuits when opportunities span multiple Amazon business units, aligning the right domain experts, sequencing engagement, and ensuring deals advance through qualification to close
• Serve as the primary ProServe bridge to Strategy and Business Development, making ProServe capabilities visible
• Support domain experts in making their production-proven solutions discoverable and deployable, ensuring what one team builds becomes available to every ProServe team globally
• Work with domain expert leads and regional advocates to support deal structure and ensure customer value is clear and delivery is feasible
• Engage partners during pursuit to confirm delivery capacity, expanding reach so solutions scale beyond direct ProServe involvement
• Drive the effort to build reusable integration assets so subsequent customers deploy in weeks what the first customer took months to build
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and Amazon business units with high judgment and a bias for customer outcomes
• Lead milestone reviews and prepare evidence for investment decisions as the Pan-Amazon model matures.
A day in the life
No two days look the same. You might start by joining a regional team in EMEA to align on a multi-domain pursuit, then shift to working with a Supply Chain domain expert to package a solution for a new industry vertical. Afternoons could involve preparing a milestone review for senior leadership or connecting with a partner to confirm delivery capacity for a scaling engagement. You operate across time zones, business units, and industries - connecting dots that others don't see and ensuring the right people are in the right rooms at the right time.
About the team
This team is small, high trust, and operates with startup intensity inside Amazon's scale. You will work across every geography and industry, partnered with domain experts who have built production-proven solutions connecting Amazon business units to enterprise customers. The team has direct engagement at the most senior levels of AWS and Amazon. We value people who move fast, think globally, and earn trust by making everyone around them more effective. If you want to help define how ProServe shows up for customers in a way that has never been done before, this is the team.
