Principal, Program Manager, Enterprise Integration to lead large-scale enterprise integration, modernization, and transformation initiatives across our technology ecosystem. This role oversees highly complex, cross-functional programs spanning cloud migration, application integration, managed file transfer, middleware modernization, and enterprise platform strategy.
You will partner with technology executives, business leaders, architecture teams, and strategic partners to deliver critical transformation programs that enable business growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and long-term platform optimization. You will be responsible for portfolio governance, financial stewardship, modernization roadmaps, and executive alignment across multiple business units.
What You'll Do- Lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional integration and modernization programs from strategy through execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Drive major transformation initiatives, including MuleSoft platform evolution, middleware modernization, cloud migration programs, IBM MFT/MQ modernization, SAP BODS upgrades, and Integration-as-a-Service strategies.
- Develop and manage multi-year program roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and delivery metrics across multiple technology and business organizations.
- Establish portfolio governance and executive reporting frameworks that provide visibility into program health, outcomes, value realization, and investment priorities.
- Lead strategic vendor and managed services relationships, including performance management, capacity planning, SOW governance, KPI tracking, and resource optimization.
- Drive platform rationalization and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization through technology lifecycle planning, licensing strategy, and vendor negotiations.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture Review Board (EARB), security, compliance, and audit teams to ensure adherence to enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
- Align senior stakeholders across Enterprise & Corporate, NAPD, MMS, CMM, and Technology leadership organizations to achieve strategic business objectives.
Basic Requirements- 13+ years of experience in IT program management, enterprise transformation, integration platforms, cloud migration, or technology portfolio leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with MuleSoft, IBM MQ, IBM MFT, SAP BODS, Azure, GCP, API integration platforms, or enterprise middleware technologies.
- Experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide technology transformation programs with executive-level visibility.
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional portfolios involving architecture, engineering, operations, security, and business stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, financial planning, and portfolio investment decisions.
- Experience working with enterprise integration technologies, middleware platforms, APIs, cloud migration initiatives, or application modernization programs.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing external partners, managed service providers, or strategic technology vendors.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, governance, and risk management capabilities.
- Experience supporting compliance and audit requirements including ITGC, SOX, HIPAA, DSCSA, or similar regulatory frameworks.
- Experience developing business cases, ROI analyses, and TCO-based investment recommendations.
- Strong experience managing vendor relationships.
Preferred Skills/Experience- Strong experience working with the Boomi platform
- Experience leading cloud migration and modernization programs in highly regulated environments.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture governance and EARB processes.
- Strong understanding of platform operating models, capacity planning, resource management, and technology portfolio governance.
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, ITIL, or comparable program management certifications.
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams and large-scale managed services engagements.
