The Air Dominance Business Office within the Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is seeking an experienced financial Earned Value (EV) Analyst to lead financial execution and earned value management for the AMRAAM D4/C9 Engineering & Manufacturing Development (EMD) Contract, a 52month effort supporting modernization and redesign of critical AMRAAM subsystems. This contractrequires Contractual EV Management and will be implemented using the SAP APEX EVMS/PMX tool suite. This Finance EV lead will serve as a critical business partner by providing the analysis, insight and guidance to enable strategic decision making and achieve bottom-line results.

This is a high visibility portfolio with significant complexities that provides you with the opportunity to influence decisions with direct P&L implications. The ideal candidate will be able to partner with program leadership and cross functional partners (PMO, supply chain, contracts, engineering, security, USG, etc.) to drive execution and influence change. You would be a critical business partner in providing insight and analysis to strategic decisions to achieve bottom-line results. Our partners are all on-site which promotes transparency and open communication. This candidate should also be familiar with or excited to gain experience in the financial lifecycle from cradle to grave (proposal, negotiation, contract setup, baselining, execution, contract close-out). We are looking for someone who has a love for spreading knowledge and influencing process improvements.

What You Will Do

  • The individual chosen for this position will lead and coordinate a cross functional team regarding contractual EVMS submissions, develop, present and defend monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE), baseline and incorporate regular scope expansion tasking, and support related financial forecasting for the portfolio.
  • Analyzing EV metrics including weekly/monthly costs incurred and provide associated leading indicator guidance to Program and Business management, external stakeholders and the customer community.
  • Effective and influential communication across all levels of the business (Functional Organizations, SBUs, Program Management, and Government counterparts) is required. A strong desire to foster relationships that improve execution implementation is critical.
  • Partnering successfully and driving influence with program IPL and strategic partners regarding all aspects of program execution and strategy.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelors and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
  • Experience in EVMS, Program Controls, or integrated cost/schedule management
  • Experience with MS Office suite
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
