OCI Community Relations is growing alongside Oracle's expanding data center portfolio, creating new opportunities to build trusted relationships in the communities where we operate. We're looking for a Program Manager who can support strategic Community Relations engagements and events with the rigor, judgment, and polish required for high-visibility work.

In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of Community Relations event programs that support AI data center initiatives, community engagement, and stakeholder relationships across priority markets. You'll lead planning and execution for local and regional events, including select executive engagements attended by Oracle's senior leadership.

You will help build a consistent, repeatable event program for Community Relations, improving coordination across internal partners and ensuring each engagement supports the broader team strategy. Your work will help strengthen community trust, support business priorities, and deliver a high-quality experience for community members, customers, partners, and executives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, and skilled at turning complex events and engagements into clear plans, coordinated execution, and high-quality experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Program Coordination: Coordinate Community Relations event programming from planning through execution, ensuring engagements align with business objectives, community priorities, and the broader Community Relations strategy.
  • Executive & Stakeholder Engagements: Support high-visibility engagements involving Oracle executives, customers, policymakers, and community stakeholders, ensuring the Community Relations team is prepared, aligned, and coordinated.
  • Planning & Readiness: Develop planning materials, timelines, briefing inputs, stakeholder lists, run-of-show inputs, and follow-up trackers that support successful event execution across multiple concurrent engagements.
  • Internal Coordination: Partner with Community Relations, Communications, Facilities, Security, Legal, Public Affairs, Events, and other stakeholders to align requirements, clarify ownership, resolve issues, and maintain momentum.
  • Stakeholder Experience: Help ensure engagements create a professional, consistent, and community-centered experience for internal and external audiences.
  • Program Tools & Process: Develop and improve event-related templates, trackers, intake processes, and repeatable practices that help Community Relations scale event support across priority markets.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Program Management, Communications, Public Affairs, Community Relations, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience coordinating programs, stakeholder engagements, events or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including executives, vendors, community partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting community events, executive engagements, public affiars, corporate communications or stakeholder programs is a plus.

Qualifications: Identifies, prioritizes, and successfully executes a broad portfolio of functional initiatives and programs. Plans and directs schedules for multiple programs running simultaneously. Partners closely with global cross-functional teams to understand and capture requirements for programs. Navigates complex dependencies between cross-functional teams and organizational priorities to optimize the critical path and addresses & mitigates risks. Effectively influences internal and external teams to prioritize; Drives mitigation plans and ensures ownership for each item and regular follow up through to program closure while ensuring resolution of risk and issues, escalating, as necessary. Provides rigorous management and analysis of overall portfolio budget (including spend and forecasted spend vs. budget, spend per program and historical trends, etc.). Establishes scalable frameworks (process, tools, etc.) for the end-to-end project and manages stakeholders applying project management standards and documentation best practices. Runs standups and sprint planning exercises for programs owned. Builds and maintains consistent reporting across numerous programs. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
