Full Job Description
As Product Manager for our Yourgi platform, you9ll ensure centers have a seamless, engaging experience-targeting $25M in Gross Booking Value (GBV). You9ll act as the primary liaison between centers, product, engineering, marketing, and operations, working to maximize adoption, satisfaction, and ongoing platform improvements.

We are looking to add a Yourgi Product Manager to our team!

LOCATION: Remote

REPORTS TO: Production Manager

PAY: $170,000 - $190,000 based on experience

CORE RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Feature Enhancement & Delivery

Gather requirements, prioritize backlog items, and execute feature development to meet the $25M GBV goal.

  • Product Roadmap & Alignment

Define and refine Yourgi9s feature set to match customer & center needs. Ensure parity with the Gingr Customer Portal.

  • Onboarding & Adoption

Develop and optimize processes for new-center onboarding to drive efficient platform utilization.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

Serve as the main point of contact for feedback and product advocacy, guiding cross-functional teams toward key enhancements.

  • Support & Optimization

Work with QA and support teams to streamline issue resolution, optimize Zendesk workflows, and proactively boost customer satisfaction.

  • Training & Enablement

Oversee current Yourgi training library. Maintain and deliver training materials, ensuring they stay relevant and effective for center staff.

  • Data-Driven Improvements

Analyze user behavior, support trends, and product metrics to inform feature prioritization and strategic decisions.

  • UI/UX Involvement

Partner with design teams to ensure intuitive, user-centric experiences and conduct usability research to drive enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:

  • Pet Practice Management Software: 3+ years of experience using, developing, or supporting pet practice management platforms.


  • UI/UX & Usability Research: Familiarity with software design processes and continuous user feedback loops.


  • Technical Collaboration: Proven track record of working with engineering teams to define and deliver product requirements.


  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate product vision, requirements, and value propositions to diverse stakeholders.


Preferred Skills:

  • Pet Industry Experience: Knowledge of market trends and pet-related services.


  • Process Improvement: Experience refining QA or customer support workflows.


  • Agile Methodologies: Understanding of Scrum or similar product development frameworks.


  • Presentation Skills: Proficient in creating and presenting data-driven product roadmaps and performance updates.
