Job Summary

As a Principal Product Manager for the Strata Cloud Manager Platform, you will define the future of network security and AI-driven observability by leading foundational platform initiatives. You will drive critical customer migrations and architectural transformations from Panorama to Strata Cloud Manager (SCM), ensuring the seamless adoption of our next-generation cloud capabilities. Leveraging your strong technical and analytical expertise, you will bridge complex business requirements with key market trends. You will frequently engage with customers, prospects, and industry analysts to articulate our platform vision and translate market needs into a compelling product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the end-to-end strategy and customer migration pathways from Panorama to Strata Cloud Manager.
  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market and customer needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with NGFW, Cloud Delivered Shared Services, and SASE teams to drive platformization strategy.
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, and user experience teams to solve complex migration challenges and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Manage and communicate the product roadmap effectively to customers, prospects, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive product adoption and AI innovations across multiple verticals, focusing on proactive prevention and automated remediation.
  • Build compelling migration messaging, technical guides, and sales tools in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Coordinate with professional services and support teams to ensure frictionless migration workflows and operational readiness.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions regarding product packaging, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies to maximize market impact.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • BS/MS in a technical field or equivalent practical or military experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping successful products.
  • Direct experience leading complex customer migrations, platform modernizations, or enterprise software transformations (e.g., on-premise to SaaS/Cloud).
  • Direct product management experience in enterprise networking, cloud platforms, SaaS, data & analytics, network security, or APIs.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise network management architectures, security management consoles, or Panorama environments.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced environment without direct reporting line authority.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with extensive experience presenting to both technical leaders and executive audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep desire to take ownership of the full product lifecycle.
  • Direct experience engaging with enterprise customers, industry analysts, and strategic partners to gather requirements and articulate vision.


Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
