The ideal candidate brings deep experience in workflow-driven SaaS products, records request or case management, and navigating security and compliance requirements such as FedRAMP and CJIS.

  • Lead Discovery and Prioritization: Gather and synthesize customer, partner, regulatory, and market input to prioritize investments across intake, review, redaction, workflow automation, reporting, and fulfillment.
  • Drive Federal Market Readiness: Shape product capabilities to support federal agency requirements, including secure workflows, auditability, permissions, retention considerations, and deployment expectations for regulated environments.
  • Champion Secure and Compliant Design: Partner with engineering, security, and compliance stakeholders to ensure product decisions support frameworks and controls relevant to federal customers, including FedRAMP and CJIS-aligned environments.

  • Translate Complex Policy into Product: Turn federal records access, FOIA process needs, and operational pain points into clear requirements, user stories, and measurable product outcomes.
  • Influence Product Adoption, Growth, and Market Expansion: Support strategic customer conversations, market positioning, expansion into new public sector and federal segments, and internal alignment by clearly articulating product value, roadmap direction, and differentiation.
