What You Will Do- Build Roadmap: Create and own a 2-3 year roadmap that ties to the vision and strategy of your product.
- Cross-Functional Influence & Alignment: As a Senior PM, you will operate at the intersection of Engineering, Program Management, Design, and Physical Operations. You will build consensus among product managers on cross functional capabilities.
- Deliver for Real-World Manufacturing: Collaborate with diverse and global product and engineering teams through the product life cycle, from concept through delivery
- Lead with Data: Define, measure, and publish product metrics to fully understand the performance of your product

- 6+ years of product management experience, in a business or technical field
- Collaboration:Exceptional collaboration, partnership, presentation, and influencing skills
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with solid examples of using data to solve problems and influence future investments
- Product Mindset: Solid understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to translate complex technical constraints into clear business value for executive stakeholders and plant partners.
Compensation: US Target Hiring Range :$146,000.00 - $248,000.00 Per Year

the target hiring range is based on total cash compensation across our multiple U.S. pay zones. The actual salary offered will depend on factors such as location, education, training, and experience. Cimpress/Vista offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, wealth and wellness programs, as well as long-term equity incentives, subject to eligibility.
