What You'll Be Doing:

As a Principal Product Manager at Canopy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our groundbreaking products and services, all while working from your preferred location. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future and lead cross-functional teams to deliver products that have a meaningful impact on the lives of healthcare workers. Here are some of the exciting responsibilities you'll tackle:
  • Product Vision: Define and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company's goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales and other teams to bring your vision to life.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and drive product innovation.
  • Requirements Definition: Clearly define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Execution: Lead agile development processes, prioritize features, and ensure the successful delivery of products, all while collaborating remotely with global teams.
  • Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze product metrics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the product.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and changes to stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

What We're Looking For:

The base salary range for this position is $220k - $245k per year, depending on location, experience and qualifications.
