In this role, you will own strategy, roadmap, lifecycle management, and growth execution for gas separation product lines, working closely with OEMs, strategic accounts, and ecosystem partners to align technology roadmaps, influence early design-in decisions, and secure design wins. You will serve as a key internal and external subject matter expert for purification technologies, translating market trends, customer needs, and semiconductor process requirements into differentiated product requirements, portfolio priorities, and business cases that drive growth, margin expansion, and long-term customer value.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with key OEMs and ecosystem partners to support strategic account engagements, deliver technical presentations, align technology roadmaps, influence early design-in decisions, and secure design wins that drive share gain and revenue growth.

  • Provide internal and external technical leadership as the subject matter expert for purification technologies, maintaining deep understanding of gas purification mechanisms, contamination sources, and semiconductor process requirements across CVD, ALD, etch, and lithography.

  • Monitor industry trends, including device scaling, materials innovation, process evolution, and sustainability requirements, and translate those insights into differentiated product requirements and investment priorities.

  • Set standards for market sizing, competitive positioning, pricing governance, business cases, and capital requests to support clear portfolio decisions and resource prioritization.

  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, including new platform launches, portfolio optimization, customer qualifications, and end-of-life strategy.

  • Guide cross-functional teams through ambiguous trade-offs, balancing risk, speed, customer value, and business impact.

What We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry/Materials Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) (typically 8-12+ years of related experience).

  • Proven product management experience owning multiple product lines or a complex technical portfolio across roadmap, launch, sustaining, and lifecycle execution.

  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen, including portfolio strategy, market sizing, pricing, margin drivers, business cases, and KPI management.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, quality, sales, marketing) to drive decisions and execution.

  • Demonstrated ability to engage OEMs, strategic accounts, and ecosystem partners through technical discussions, roadmap alignment, and design-in/design-win activities.

  • Technical understanding of gas purification, contamination control, semiconductor process requirements, or related materials/process technologies, with the ability to translate trends and customer needs into product requirements and investment priorities.

  • PACE values: People & Teamwork (build team success and step into leadership gaps)

  • Accountability, Integrity & Trust (own commitments, act transparently, and do the right thing)

  • Creativity & Innovation (embrace change and create new value)
