We are seeking a highly organized, strategic lead to plan and drive customer migrations from legacy and transitional services to target, strategic products. You will partner closely with current product managers and cross-functional teams to define the migration approach, identify business and technical requirements, build roadmaps, and ensure disciplined execution with clear ownership and governance.
This role also brings strong data analytics and data modeling skills to support planning, execution tracking, reconciliation, and stakeholder reporting—using Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Python.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with current product managers to align customer migration strategy, priorities, dependencies, and transition outcomes.
Develop end-to-end migration plans, including roadmap, milestones, sequencing, readiness criteria, and cutover approach.
Assess current-state services, systems, and processes; perform gap, risk, and dependency analyses; and translate findings into actionable requirements and solutions.
Establish governance (including RACI), track progress, issues, and decisions, and deliver clear status reporting and recommendations to stakeholders.
Enable low-disruption transitions through stakeholder communication, change readiness support, and continuous improvement across the migration lifecycle.
Own migration analytics: source, cleanse, validate, and model data; reconcile discrepancies across platforms; and build dashboards/insights in Snowflake/SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Python to inform decisions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years in program/project leadership for customer migrations, product/platform transitions, systems implementations, and/or analytics-driven operational support.
Proven ability to build roadmaps, manage complex dependencies, and drive cross-functional execution with strong governance and stakeholder engagement.
Core skills: current/future-state assessment, gap analysis, requirements definition, risk/issue management, and executive-level communication.
Data analytics: data collection/cleansing/validation, data modeling, reconciliation, and dashboarding; proficiency with Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Python.
Able to work effectively across product, technology, operations, and business teams; PMP/Agile/Lean certification a plus.
Preferred Experience
Enterprise product lifecycle transitions, legacy modernization, and platform consolidation/migration programs.
Process mapping/workflow optimization and experience with portfolio tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project).
Experience in telecommunications, technology, or other large enterprise environments.
