ResponsibilitiesAs a valued member of our engineering team, you'll take on meaningful challenges that directly impact the safety, reliability, and performance of our clients' facilities. You'll support the analysis, design, and evaluation of critical structures and components while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will also include evaluating proposed modifications, preparing technical reports, calculations, and specifications, and communicating findings to project teams, clients, and other key stakeholders. Every task you tackle contributes directly to the safety, reliability, and innovation of our client facilities. You will also need to:
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work seamlessly with professionals from various engineering fields, ensuring smooth coordination and integration of designs
- Lead Design Initiatives: Develop innovative design studies, craft comprehensive project scopes, and produce accurate engineering estimates
- Innovate Solutions: Tackle complex technical challenges with fresh ideas and creative problem-solving strategies
- Engage in Field Operations: Embrace opportunities to travel, participate in site walkdowns, oversee field installations, and support system start-ups
- Inspire Teams: Lead by example, motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals with a positive, results-driven attitude and effective leadership

Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering from an accredited university
- 10+ years of civil/structural design experience in nuclear or power generation
- Experience evaluating structural impacts of major equipment upgrades and power uprates preferred
- Experience with concrete, steel, seismic and structural analysis
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
- Ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers
- US Citizenship required
Compensation RangeUSD $120,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.
