This role serves as a key product management architect and integrator across Lifecycle Services (LCS), Managed Services (MS), and Digital Solutions (DS). • Simple, effective GTM messaging
  • Flexible monetization aligned to customer needs

This leader combines strong product marketing acumen with operational depth, translating services continuum strategy into practical, executable processes across HP systems, partner channels, and delivery organizations.

  • Partner with IT to inform modular system design and automation

End-to-End Customer & Partner Journeys Development

  • Partner with HP subject matter experts to map front-stage (customer/channel) and back-stage (HP systems/operations) workflows
  • Ensure smooth process design across the Purchase, Entitlement, Use, Support, and Upgrade/Renew lifecycle
  • Facilitate requirements definition across CPQ, entitlement, billing models, and service delivery workflows by working with subject matter experts in each area
  • Drive simplification toward a seamless experience across HP portals and systems

  • Drive alignment to a modular framework (Offers, Modifiers, Add-Ons) and Good/Better/Best packaging
  • Ensure services are designed for reuse, scalability, and consistent outcomes across towers
  • Identify gaps and propose enhancements to create a cohesive end-to-end portfolio
  • Facilitate meetings with Marketing, PM, and Category teams to support the development of clear, compelling value propositions for the modular services continuum
  • Support GTM teams with messaging, positioning, and simplified portfolio narratives
  • Assist Marketing and PM teams in translating modular complexity into partner- and customer-friendly frameworks
