What you'll do- Identify strategic or high-impact business issues and opportunities, and articulate the rationale for initiating a project or change.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess potential strategies, scope solutions, and align on the most effective path forward.
- Develop recommendations and present clear business cases, including solution viability, implementation considerations, and roadmaps.
- Advise key stakeholders through critical business changes by providing trusted, data-driven guidance on complex issues.
- Analyze complex data and business problems, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations and action.
- Apply deep knowledge of the business, industry, and organizational context to drive high-impact strategic projects and influence decisions.
Who you are- 12+ years for Bachelor's
- 10+ years for Master's
- or 6+ years in consulting
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience
- Adept problem solver who supports a test-and-learn and data-driven decision making culture
- Ability to influence and change mindsets at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in leading development of a narrative using data and insights to drive action; mindful of adapting messaging to audience at hand
- Makes sound business decisions by combining a number of factors to arrive at the best outcome for a given situation
- Able to identify, scope, and deliver on strategic projects working with stakeholders of all levels
- Subject matter expert sought after for expertise in a defined range of situations with the ability to translate the insights into action; works with leaders in developing a strategy

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $207,500.00 to $290,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $332,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
