The opportunity

Envision is modernizing how our Human Resources (HR) function partners across the business combining people expertise, technology, data, and AI to create meaningful impact. We're building a team that's curious, adaptable, and excited to explore new and smart ways of working in an ever-evolving world of work. As part of Envision's evolving HR function, the Global HR Operations Partner drives the projects that move our HR function forward, working under the guidance and direction of the Manager, Global HR Operations & Programs, while helping deliver a seamless and impactful employee experience across the full lifecycle. This role owns project planning, timelines, stakeholder communication, and delivery for global HR programs and process changes, supports day-to-day HR operations, and partners closely with HR Business Partners, cross-functional teams, and the business to bring scalable people strategies to life. With a focus on consistency, automation, and continuous improvement, the Global HR Operations Partner brings structure and discipline to how HR work is scoped, sequenced, and delivered, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and centred around the employee experience.

Role responsibilities
• Plan and manage HR projects end to end in partnership with the Manager, Global HR Operations & Programs, shaping scope, deliverables, milestones, owners, and timelines, and driving agreed work to completion across regions and functions
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and status reporting that give stakeholders clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions needed
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams for global HR programs and system or process changes, coordinating the moving parts across HR, IT, Finance, and the business, communicating progress and timelines regularly so milestones are met and surprises are surfaced early
• Scope and deliver continuous improvement projects, turning process gaps and automation opportunities into initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Serve as a point of contact for standard HR inquiries, managing the HR inbox and cases with timely updates, accurate documentation, and resolution within service-level expectations
• Execute core HR transactions (onboarding, offboarding, job changes, data updates, etc.) with accuracy, consistency, and compliance with global requirements
• Provide operational support across regions, leveraging broad global HR knowledge and specialized, in-depth expertise in Hungarian employment practices and HR processes; additional knowledge of other country employment frameworks is welcomed
• Follow established workflows while proactively identifying risks, exceptions, or process gaps, and support ongoing improvements through workflow, documentation, and automation updates
• Partner closely with HRBPs, HR Technology, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other partners to ensure employees receive complete, coordinated, and seamless support
• Create and maintain HR documentation, process guides, and knowledge articles to enable scalable and consistent service delivery
• Provide operational insights to global HR teams to ensure programs, processes, and systems are practical, scalable, and cantered around the employee experience

Skills & expertise

Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including leading or coordinating projects, ideally within a global or matrixed organization
• Demonstrated project management experience - scoping, planning, tracking, and delivering initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines; PMP or an equivalent certification is a plus
• Familiarity with HR systems, data management, process documentation, and project management tools (for example Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or MS Project)
• Exposure to digital tools and automation in HR environments is a plus

• Resilient, curious, and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment while staying current on HR trends and contributing ideas that improve the employee experience
• Strong understanding of HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, with the ability to operate globally; in-depth expertise in Hungarian employment practices and regulatory requirements is essential, and knowledge of other country frameworks (including the Netherlands, Portugal, Serbia, UK, Australia, or Japan) is highly valued
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to step into ambiguity, quickly assess what's happening, and bring structure, clarity, and order to complex situations
• Self-starter with high ownership, able to work independently, anticipate needs, and drive work forward without close direction
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to run several concurrent workstreams, hold owners to deadlines, manage dependencies and risks, and keep stakeholders informed without being asked
• Strong collaborator, able to coordinate across various teams to align efforts and deliver a seamless employee experience
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern HR systems, data analysis, documentation tools, and automation technologies, with an interest in levering technology to improve efficiency and scalability
• Clear and confident communicator, capable of translating complex processes into simple guidance and delivering consistent messaging across diverse audiences
