- Set and execute the channel strategy, marketing to, through and with partners and platforms, to deliver unit and revenue growth for the assigned business.
- Oversee development of value propositions and selling stories for new products that clearly articulates the business value to our partners
- Lead the deployment of strategic initiatives, including creating briefs and driving execution across teams. Determine optimal audience segmentation that aligns with business priorities and forms the foundation for effective execution
- Own cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) planning for new and existing products, ensuring alignment across teams to optimize revenue and margin performance
- Diagnose channel performance, surface risks and opportunities early, and bring clear recommendations to leadership to accelerate growth
- Codify channel growth strategies and launch plans so cross-functional teams plan against a single source of truth
- Analyze competitor behavior to identify opportunities to optimize GTM strategy and execution
- Build trusted relationships with partner and platform stakeholders so our priorities and theirs converge on shared growth
- Set the operating cadence, scorecards, KPI's and business review to drive the team deliver on business objectives
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
- Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field
- 7+ years in Sales, Consulting, Product Management, and/or Marketing
- Data visualization experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud
- Strong financial acumen; can manage to a forecast with risks and opportunities
- Demonstrated bias to action, taking initiative to solve business problems proactively and create new best practices where the business demands
- Demonstrated ability for fast paced, data-driven decision making with knowledge of basic statistical testing and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to drive prioritization, alignment, and accountability across cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong communication skills and experience with Executive-level communication: concise, structured, and oriented to decisions
- This role will be Hybrid, located in Oak Brook-IL
Preferred Experience: - Experience within the Consumer/Durable Goods industry; experience with IoT products
- Prior experience with P&L ownership
The pay range for this position is $129,700.00 - $209,200.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
