The Position
What We Are Looking For
8+ years of professional software engineering experience designing and building scalable, full-stack applications.
Advanced English is required.
Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
Deep technical expertise in modern front-end development using React and TypeScript.
Hands-on proficiency with AI-assisted engineering workflows and agentic AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) to accelerate delivery.
Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives across multiple teams and writing clear architectural design documents (RFCs, ADRs).
Strong background in back-end technologies, with hands-on production experience in GraphQL or Ruby on Rails.
Demonstrated experience mentoring senior engineers, driving technical best practices, and evaluating trade-offs for org-wide initiatives.
Experience with mobile development (particularly React Native, iOS, or Android) is a strong plus.
Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
