Job Description
You will be an Engineering Project Manager (EPM) Principal on the F-22 Line of Business Engineering (LoBE) team. Specifically this position is accountable and responsible for cost, schedule, & performance of the F-22 Combined Test Force and Labs & Infrastructures teams.
The EPM Leader drives the successful delivery of complex, high-impact engineering programs from concept through production. Acting as the nexus between cross-functional engineering teams, product owners, suppliers, and senior leadership, the EPM ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards.
This role also mentors junior project managers, establishes best-in-class processes, and continuously improves project execution across the organization.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be responsible for developing, coordinating planning, organization, control, integration and completion of modernization and sustainment projects for the F-22 program.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of F-22 engineering projects.
• Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to requirements. Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project.
• Coordinates the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects with internal and external partners and customers.
• Responsible for data analytic efforts and generating program metrics.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher with experience in Engineering, or a related STEM field
• Experience with and strong understanding of project management concepts and techniques
• Experience with EVMS and/or CAM
• Final SECRET security clearance

• Experience with F-22 Engineering and Sustainment teams
• knowledge of F-22 Command Media / Systems Engineering Processes
• CAM training and experience with IFG CAM tools & processes

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $151,200 - $266,570. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $173,900 - $301,415. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
