This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on analog design, electromagnetics, mixed-signal systems, sensor architecture, and system integration. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define technical direction, reduce risk through analysis and prototyping, and bring advanced sensing technologies from concept to production. Your role
Key responsiblities will include:
- Lead electrical architecture for sensor platforms, including analog, mixed-signal, RF, power, and interface design.
- Develop and integrate novel sensing technologies based on electromagnetics.
- Drive architecture decisions through technical analysis and tradeoff evaluation.
- Design and review schematics, PCB layouts, and system interfaces.
- Lead prototyping, bring-up, debugging, validation, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with firmware, software, mechanical, and systems engineering teams.
- Support manufacturability, reliability, compliance, and production readiness.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices
Your skills and experience
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field (MS preferred).
- 12+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in a senior or principal-level role.
- Deep expertise in analog and mixed-signal design, sensor systems, and electromagnetics.
- Strong experience with signal conditioning, ADC/DACs, PLLs, RF systems, amplifiers, filters, power electronics, and low-noise circuit design.
- Proficiency with SPICE simulation tools, schematic capture platforms, and MATLAB/Python.
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept through production.
- Strong system-level debugging, validation, and technical leadership experience.
- Ability to influence architecture and technology decisions across cross-functional teams.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$82,082 to $193,440.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
