DUTIES: Lead the design/architecture, implementation, and management of the CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS) platform, including the core PAS components such as the Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Central Policy Manager (CPM), and Privileged Session Manager (PSM). Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement CyberArk solutions for secure management of privileged accounts across the organization. Oversee the configuration and management of CyberArk integrations with other identity and access management (IAM) platforms, such as Active Directory, LDAP, and other third-party applications. Lead efforts in privileged access discovery and onboarding of privileged accounts into the CyberArk platform. Ensure CyberArk is configured to industry best practices and complies with organizational security standards and regulations (e.g., SOX, PCI, HIPAA). Provide expert-level troubleshooting, monitoring, and problem resolution related to CyberArk environments. Develop and maintain CyberArk operational procedures and documentation, including runbooks, SOPs, and disaster recovery plans. Drive the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and technology to ensure the ongoing enhancement of the PAM environment. Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers and administrators on CyberArk-related tasks. Conduct regular security assessments, risk analysis, and audits of privileged access and suggest necessary remediations. Stay current with the latest developments in CyberArk technologies and other PAM solutions, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of privileged access security.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Electronics Engineering and 7 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or 7 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in a related occupation driving privileged access management (PAM) with a strong focus on CyberArk administration, engineering, and design; utilizing the CyberArk PAS suite, including EPV, CPM, PVWA, PSM, AAM, and PTA; utilizing Active Directory, LDAP, and other IAM solutions, including federation and multi-factor authentication (MFA) technologies; utilizing cybersecurity frameworks, principles, and best practices such as NIST or ISO 27001); scripting and automating using PowerShell and Python for integrating and automating CyberArk processes; designing, deploying, and supporting high-availability CyberArk infrastructures; and implementing regulatory compliance requirements related to PAM such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA or SOX.
