The Stinger Finance team within the LADS Mission Area has an immediate need for a Principal Cost, Schedule & Controls Analyst (P3) to support the Stinger Replenishment Production contract. As a core member of the Stinger team, you will work in a challenging and fast-paced environment and collaborate frequently with various functions (finance, engineering, operations, contracts, supply chain, program management) and multiple levels of leadership. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, eager to learn new concepts and tools, seeks process improvement and efficiency opportunities and works to ensure the program successfully executes. This role offers significant opportunities to develop and enhance skills with SAP APEX, PRISM, and a host of additional systems within Raytheon's earned value management tool suite. This is a challenging and rewarding role with tremendous opportunity for experience and growth.
This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote) with the preferred candidate located within a commutable distance to one of the following locations: Tucson, AZ; Andover, MA; Huntsville, AL; McKinney, TX. Relocation assistance is not being offered.
What You Will Do- Preparing weekly and monthly program reports
- Supporting internal Earned Value Management implementation and maintenance, including variance analysis and monthly EV deliverables
- Development of quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs)
- Supporting the monthly forecasting process, including stakeholder coordination and Rplan updates
- Providing support for internal program reviews, including chart development and presentation
- CSDR reporting requirements (1921 deliverables)
- Providing ad-hoc analysis and decision support to program leadership
Qualifications You Must Have- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field & a minimum of 5 years professional finance/accounting experience; OR an Advanced degree with 3 years professional finance/accounting experience
- Experience supporting an Earned Value program or EV environment
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and/or variance analysis
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word, and/or PowerPoint
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
