About the RoleEpista US is looking to add to our Commercial Delivery Team! Seeking someone with depth in Content Governance/Services Management with a focus on enterprise content-system strategy and delivery; content stewardship, and DAM governance and immerse in both day-to-day operations and forward-looking enhancements inside of Veeva Promomats, Vault and CRM.
This role goes beyond administration. It requires someone who can own the system, shape how it's used, and elevate how the business operates. We are open to a growing talent, a less senior individual as a Content Governance/Services Lead who can support the commercial consultants with delivery and grow into a strategy and delivery consulting role if desired.
- Strong experience as a Veeva CRM Administrator (required)
- Experience with Veeva Vault / PromoMats (ProM) (required)
- Proven ability to operate at a Senior or Principal level, balancing strategy and execution
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Content-System Strategy
- Sampling module configuration
- Dashboard design and reporting
- Hands on experience with Content Stewardship, and DAM Governance
- Deep understanding of US life sciences commercial operations
- Experience supporting field-based teams (Sales, KAMs, MSLs)
- Ability to own release management, change control, and continuous improvement
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
As an Epista Consultant, you'll be working at the intersection of compliance and business as a part of our highly skilled and dedicated team. You'll be involved in a wide variety of projects, primarily focusing on Commercial CRM. Much of your time will be spent with our clients - international pharma and medical technology companies. Your daily activities might include:

- Operations, Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Content Stewardship, and DAM Governance
Pay range and compensation package:- Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 annually The final base salary offer will depend on the job level, qualifications, skills, and relevant experience
- Annual Performance Bonus: Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance and individual contributions. Target bonus accrual percentages are dependent on job title and tier level.
