You will define and lead GF's most complex and highest-priority commercial transformation initiatives, serving as a recognized internal thought leader across commercial process design, AI-enabled operations, M&A integration, and systems governance. You will set the standards others follow, influence across organizational boundaries, and drive alignment where it matters most.

In close partnership with Commercial Sales & End Markets, Commercial Operations, Finance, Product Lines, Pricing, Supply Chain, and IT, you will set the strategic direction for transformation priorities, build durable enterprise-wide capabilities, and position GF's commercial operating model for long-term growth.

Essential Responsibilities

You will own and lead GF's most strategically significant commercial transformation programs, serving as a subject matter expert and senior program leader across the following domains:
  • Program Leadership & Governance: Lead large, multi-workstream transformation programs with full accountability for structure, governance, and outcomes. Define executive reporting cadences, proactively manage enterprise-level risks and cross-functional dependencies, and ensure change readiness across impacted organizations. Represent transformation progress and strategic recommendations directly to VP and executive leadership.
  • Commercial Processes: Define and own end-to-end commercial processes across the full Market-to-Order lifecycle. Establish governance frameworks, process standards, and operating model principles adopted across Sales, Commercial Operations, Finance, Pricing, Supply Chain, and IT. Drive continuous maturity advancement using recognized process excellence methodologies.
  • Commercial Systems Strategy: Lead the strategic roadmap for GF's commercial technology ecosystem. Define future-state capability requirements, govern build/buy/configure decisions, and oversee the delivery of scalable, high-impact solutions that support GF's commercial operating model.
  • AI & Automation Strategy: Shape GF's enterprise approach to AI-enabled commercial operations. Define the use-case prioritization framework, evaluate emerging technologies, and lead deployment of high-impact AI and automation solutions spanning seller productivity, pipeline intelligence, revenue forecasting, and operational efficiency.
  • M&A Commercial Integration Leadership: Serve as a principal leader for the commercial integration of acquired businesses. Define repeatable integration approaches for commercial processes, data, and systems, ensuring consistent, risk-mitigated execution and accelerated business value realization.
  • Capability Building & Knowledge Transfer: Coach and mentor team members and cross-functional stakeholders to elevate the overall capability of the Commercial Transformation organization. Develop reusable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that create lasting institutional knowledge and strengthen team effectiveness.

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

  • Expert-level knowledge of end-to-end commercial processes (Market-to-Contract, Order-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash), including process architecture, governance design, and maturity modeling.
  • Deep experience as a senior business system owner or product owner for enterprise commercial platforms, with specific expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP-integrated environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align executive and VP-level stakeholders across multiple functions, geographies, and organizational levels.
