GLAUKOS - PRINCIPAL BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST

How will you make an impact?

Serve as a strategic and technical leader driving SAP S/4HANA supply chain solutions in a regulated GxP environment. Enable scalable, compliant, and audit-ready systems that support product lifecycle and end-to-end supply chain operations, while influencing enterprise strategy and cross-functional initiatives.

What will you do?
  • Lead design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions across supply chain modules (MM, PP, SD, QM, WM/EWM)
  • Partner across Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT to align business needs with system capabilities
  • Drive end-to-end process optimization from product lifecycle through procurement, manufacturing, and distribution
  • Oversee SAP integrations with PLM and other enterprise systems to ensure data integrity and traceability
  • Ensure compliance with GxP requirements (FDA, EU, ISO) through validated, audit-ready solutions
  • Lead testing, validation, data migration, and deployment activities (UAT, hypercare)
  • Mentor team members and establish best practices, governance, and standards
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating complex requirements into scalable solutions

How will you get here?
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree or certifications preferred)
  • 12+ years of SAP or enterprise systems experience, with strong S/4HANA supply chain expertise
