Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred
• 12+ years of SAP or enterprise systems experience with strong S/4HANA supply chain expertise
• Experience in regulated environments such as Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceuticals
• Deep knowledge of SAP supply chain modules and system integrations including PLM, MES, and QMS
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional implementations and influence stakeholders
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with high independence

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions across supply chain modules
• Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT to align business needs with system capabilities
• Drive end-to-end process optimization throughout product lifecycle, procurement, manufacturing, and distribution
• Oversee SAP integrations with PLM and other enterprise systems to ensure data integrity
• Ensure GxP compliance through validated and audit-ready solutions
• Lead testing, validation, data migration, and deployment activities
• Mentor team members and establish best practices, governance, and standards
