• Define and implement core operations metrics, dashboards, and data structures used to measure execution performance, schedule adherence, resource utilization, and operational readiness.
• Lead the creation of Operations data models, bill-of-process structures, and digital process mappings to support full lifecycle execution.
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineers/Quality to define effective points in the build process where operational, quality, and traceability data must be captured to support production flow and compliance.
• Develop and maintain governance for resource code structure, planner code hierarchy, and execution rules within Oracle ERP.
• Drive operational transformation initiatives focused on reducing bottlenecks, improving accuracy of planning data, and strengthening upstream/downstream process integration.
• Develop standard work and reference architectures guiding Operations personnel in system usage, process flow, and data management.
• Serve as the principal interface with IT/ERP system teams to implement new modules, automate data flows, and optimize planning and execution functionality.
• Lead cross-functional working groups to define business requirements, validate system logic, and ensure operational process consistency across programs.
• Mentor and support Material Analysts, Planners, and Manufacturing Engineers on proper system usage, operational metrics, and best-practice workflows.
• Own development of future-state Operations capability roadmap-including digital transformation, automation opportunities, and scalable organizational structures.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in business operations, production planning, supply chain, or ERP-driven manufacturing environments.
• Deep expertise with Oracle ERP-particularly in resource code creation, planner code structure, routing/BOM integration, and execution system logic.
• Proven experience building operational frameworks, business metrics, and enterprise data flows for large-scale or multi-site organizations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, planner activities, and the operational data required to support effective production execution.
• Ability to lead cross-functional operational transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Advanced competency with data analysis, metric development, dashboarding, and establishing performance indicators for operational health.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence leadership, guide operational teams, and translate business requirements into scalable processes.
• Experience developing standard work, process flows, and command media for complex aerospace or defense operational environments.
