Job Title: Sr. Electro-Mechanical Engineer
Location: Hampton, NJ (Onsite)
Job Overview: The Sr. Electro-Mechanical Engineer is responsible for leading the development of innovative power tool products from concept through commercialization. This role partners with global cross-functional teams to design, prototype, test, and launch advanced electro-mechanical solutions, while contributing to long-term product and technology strategies.
Responsibilities: - Lead new product development efforts, including concept creation, prototyping, testing, and final design release
- Design and develop electro-mechanical systems for advanced power tools and industrial applications
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including software, firmware, electrical, and mechanical engineering
- Work closely with sourcing, quality, operations, and product management to ensure successful product launches
- Conduct hands-on testing and validation of prototypes and final designs
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in product design and performance
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, with the potential to grow into a team leadership role
- Support development of connected tools and data-driven product capabilities.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of relevant engineering experience

- Strong experience in electro-mechanical product design and development
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, and validation

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements - Primarily onsite role in Hampton, NJ with potential for limited hybrid flexibility after onboarding
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Must be comfortable with hands-on lab testing and in-person collaboration.
