Duties: Assist in the development, production support, and life cycle management for Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Partner with business clients, IT Business Partners, and other IT functions to deliver digital capabilities. Collaborate with teams to define business requirements, provide project timelines, and develop acceptance criteria for testing. Translate development plans into actionable projects, including releases, modifications, and discretionary enhancements to support the application life cycle. Conduct releases from design and deployment to production run. Coordinate with operations team to deploy applications to various environments. Integrate new technologies and methodologies into the development pipeline. Focus on the automation of processes and the improvement of system reliability and scalability. Ensure that applications comply with all relevant regulations and best practices, while also driving improvements in operational processes and performance monitoring. Support the seamless deployment and maintenance of solutions across environments. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week. Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Science or a related field, and five (5) years of related work experience in a Computer Systems Analyst or related occupation. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, the employer will accept seven (7) years of related work experience.
