Job Description:Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team on financial performance, business planning, investments, and growth opportunities.
- Lead all finance functions.
- Direct the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
- Drive financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and operational performance.
- Establish and monitor key financial and operational performance metrics across the organization.
- Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.
- Lead due diligence and financial integration activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing finance organization while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Champion process improvement, automation, and technology initiatives that enhance financial operations and decision-making.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required; Accounting, Finance, Business Administration focus strongly preferred; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- 13+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility.
- Proven experience leading complex finance organizations within large or rapidly growing organizations.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, internal controls, and corporate finance.
- Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership to develop and execute business strategy.
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and large-scale organizational transformation is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial systems, business intelligence, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
