Job DescriptionEnsure that every initiative across the AI, FinOps, and CloudOps portfolio - current or newly emerging - is planned, coordinated, tracked, and delivered to a decision-ready standard. The responsibilities below are representative of how this mission is met today; the role is expected to flex as the portfolio and the AI landscape evolve.
This role has a strong preference for Hybrid 3x a week in-office at our Boston location.Responsibilities- Execute the AI and cloud program portfolio set by the Head of AI Strategy - build and maintain roadmaps, run the delivery cadences, and drive initiatives to completion.
- Produce executive-ready analysis and materials - build the business cases, ROI models, status reporting, and leadership and Board decks.
- Coordinate FinOps and CloudOps delivery hands-on - turn cost data and dashboards into actionable reporting, and chase optimization and savings actions to closure.
- Run intake and prioritization operations - manage the pipeline, document proposals, and prepare recommendations for the Head of AI Strategy's decision.
- Drive vendor and tool evaluations - run assessments, comparisons, and pilots of AI platforms; manage day-to-day vendor relationships.
- Take ownership of new and emerging programs, analyses, and operational needs across AI, FinOps, and CloudOps as they arise - including workload types not yet defined - at the direction of the Head of AI Strategy.
- Maintain the program operating rhythm - cadences, OKR tracking, risk and dependency logs, and resource mapping.
- Implement and maintain AI governance processes - keep reviews, documentation, and monitoring running against the framework defined by leadership.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Approximately 7-10+ years in program management, strategy execution, or corporate development, with a strong hands-on delivery track record.
- Hands-on program and project execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Builds business cases, financial models, trackers, and executive materials directly (not by delegation).
- Demonstrated adaptability and learning agility - quickly takes ownership of unfamiliar, ambiguous, or newly emerging problems and builds the structure to deliver them; comfortable in a fast-changing domain where responsibilities will evolve.
- Strong organization and follow-through - drives actions to closure with minimal oversight.
- Clear written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
- Familiarity with cloud cost management / FinOps concepts; business-level AI/ML literacy (engineering depth not required).
- Handles confidential cost, financial, and strategic information with discretion.
