Employment type: The OpportunityWe are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team in a unique remote role. This is a fully virtual position focused on comprehensive and longitudinal management of a new patient panel. You will play a foundational role in expanding One Medical's virtual primary care footprint, combining clinical excellence with a proactive, growth-oriented approach to patient engagement.
What You'll Be Working On - Conducting virtual visits across a broad spectrum of primary care needs including acute, chronic, preventive, and mental health care
- Establishing strong patient relationships to drive continuity of care
- Collaborating with virtual care teams, health coaches, behavioral health specialists, and consulting physicians to coordinate comprehensive care
- Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning through other modalities
- Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues as part of a virtual care team
- Contributing to the development and refinement of virtual panel-building workflows and best practices
Education, Licenses, and Experiences Required - Currently licensed in CA, with the willingness and ability to obtain licensure in additional states as needed
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- Active state medical license with willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care
- Experience or strong interest in telehealth and virtual care delivery
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain patient relationships in a virtual setting

CompensationOne Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $193,000 - $225,000 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
