Valley Professionals Community Health Center is seeking a Medical Provider (Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) for our Clinton location.

Job duties:
This person would be responsible for providing acute care, routine medical care and chronic care for VPCHC patients in line with the VPCHC mission. The Medical Provider will work in an integrated model alongside nurse practitioners, physicians, family medicine residents, and behavioral health providers.
Requirements:
Current IN Licensure
Previous family practice experience preferred
