- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Clinical Hours: 40 hours of direct patient care per week
- Setting: 100% Outpatient

This role provides a consistent weekday schedule with no inpatient responsibilities, allowing for strong work-life balance while practicing comprehensive primary care.Compensation & Partnership
- Base Salary: $240,000-$300,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Partnership Track:
- Eligible after 2 years
- 3-year track for visa candidates
