What You'll Do- Provide comprehensive Primary Care: preventive, acute, and chronic condition management
- Build your patient panel from the ground up, with organizational support behind you
- Develop long-term patient relationships centered on continuity of care
- Help shape clinical workflows and patient experience for the Primary Care division as it's built
- Work alongside an established multidisciplinary clinical and operations team already in place at each clinic

RequirementsQualifications- Medical Doctor / Doctor of Osteopathy (Required)
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Required)
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Florida or Michigan (Required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort operating in a growth-stage environment where some processes are still being defined
