Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)Konza Prairie Community Health Center is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered
Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing team. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide comprehensive, integrated care for patients of all ages through a collaborative model that includes behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, and care coordination services.

What You'll Do - Provide comprehensive preventive, chronic, and acute care for patients of all ages.
- Diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical conditions while developing individualized treatment plans.
- Perform wellness visits, preventive screenings, and chronic disease management.
- Collaborate with behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, and care coordination teams to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.
- Educate patients and families on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Current Kansas medical license (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
- Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Eligible for credentialing with commercial insurance and Kansas Medicaid.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Preferred - Experience in an FQHC, community health center, or other primary care setting.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
- Interest in integrated care, quality improvement, and serving underserved populations.
