Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)

Konza Prairie Community Health Center is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing team. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide comprehensive, integrated care for patients of all ages through a collaborative model that includes behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, and care coordination services.
